Award Ceremony 2025 - How the Best Workplaces™ Switzerland celebrated

On May 15, 2025, the time had come again: Switzerland's best employers were honored at the award ceremony at JED Schlieren - with more participants than ever before. Under the motto "Cirque de Cultures", over 330 guests celebrated what really makes a great workplace culture: trust, cohesion - and a little bit of magic. A total of 75 organizations were selected as Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2025 in five size categories.

The best of the best

As part of the world's largest employee satisfaction initiative, Great Place To Work Switzerland surveyed 64,578 employees from 280 organizations. 225 of these organizations were ranked based on employee feedback. Certified as a Great Place To Work®. However, only the best of these certified organizations were named Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2025 - a total of 75 organizations in five size categories.

What sets them apart? A working environment that is characterized by belonging, fairness and emotional security - and by leaders who create trust and empower people in all their diversity.

Cirque de Cultures - an evening full of energy, emotion and surprises

The new JED Schlieren venue opened a new chapter this year, not only logistically but also in terms of atmosphere. The historic industrial building provided the perfect setting for a modern, dynamic award ceremony with festival character.

This year's motto "Cirque de Cultures" was emblematic of the diversity and vibrancy of the award-winning corporate cultures - and was also reflected in the evening program. The award ceremony was accompanied not only by inspiring messages, but also by top-class entertainment:

In two acrobatic and poetic show blocks, the Corinne Mathys, ten-time Swiss champion in acrobatics and equilibristics, captivated the audience with a unique blend of strength and body control.

The musical highlight was set by The Blackouts, two-time Golden Buzzer winners, with their energetic live performance that got the audience dancing.

Magician Rafael Illusion rounded off the evening - and caused amazement and smiles at the aperitif with close-up magic.

Spotlight Awards for special achievements

The Spotlight Award was created by Great Place To Work to recognize organizations that excel in certain dimensions of the Great Place To Work model and serve as role models for other companies. This year, three Spotlight Awards will be presented in the categories Leadership, Innovation Culture and Values.
