On May 21, 2026, the time had come once again: Switzerland’s best employers were honored at a festive awards ceremony at JED Schlieren—with more attendees than ever before. Under the theme «High Score,» over 350 guests celebrated what truly defines a great workplace culture: trust, teamwork—and a little bit of ambition. A total of 75 organizations were recognized as Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2026 in five size categories.
The best of the best
As part of the world's largest employee satisfaction initiative, Great Place to Work Switzerland surveyed 51,038 employees from 303 organizations. 212 of these organizations were recognized based on employee feedback Certified as a Great Place To Work®. But only the best of these certified organizations were recognized as Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2026 – a total of 75 organizations across five size categories.
What sets them apart? A working environment that is characterized by belonging, fairness and emotional security - and by leaders who create trust and empower people in all their diversity.

High Score! – An Evening Full of Energy, Nostalgia, and Big Emotions
This year again, JED Schlieren became the stage for the Best Workplaces™ Switzerland Award Ceremony – this time under the motto «High Score!». Inspired by the world of classic arcade games, Pac-Man, and pinball machines, the evening was dedicated to those organizations that have consistently invested in trust, culture, and their employees over the years.
After all, a great workplace culture doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of daily dedication, bold decisions, and building trust over the long term—just like in an arcade game: level by level, all the way to the high score.
The event concept combined a modern award ceremony with a flying dinner, seated areas, and a subsequent after-party, thereby creating a relaxed, dynamic atmosphere with plenty of space for interaction, networking, and shared celebration.
The musical highlight was provided by the Swiss ESC participant of 2026, Veronica Fusaro, together with her band. With her energetic live performance, she thrilled the audience and made the evening an unforgettable experience.
Thus, «High Score!» became not only the motto of the evening but also a symbol for all those organizations that demonstrate every day what a successful workplace culture truly looks like.
