You interview your employees and fill out a short questionnaire.

Choose a two-week period to conduct the Trust Index™, our research-based employee survey, to collect quantitative and qualitative data about the work in your organization.

You also fill out a short questionnaire about your corporate culture and workforce, the Culture Brief™.

We analyze your results.

We analyze both the numerical results and the qualitative comments that your employees submit, along with the information you provide in the Culture Brief.
