Put your logo front and center, along with pictures of your employees and the things that make your workplace a great experience, and invite your staff to share their experiences.
Prepare a media release briefly explaining how your organization achieved its ranking in the national competition - ideally including a quote from your CEO or CHRO. You can publish it after the Award Ceremony together with your logo and visuals.

Of course, you can also position yourself with paid text articles, interviews or classic advertisements in (online) newspapers to increase your reach as one of the Best Workplaces™ in Switzerland.

Compose a simple, heartfelt email from your leadership team
Share the news in person at the next company event (e.g. Townhall)

Your company profile will be linked on the Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2026 ranking. We therefore invite you to update or complete your profile with information such as your company description, number of employees, employee quotes, photos, a short overview of your culture and highlights from your employee survey - helping you present your organization in the best possible light.

You can therefore communicate the award together with the ranking directly after the award ceremony (via social media, press release, etc.)
Until then, you can, of course, continue to actively promote your certification.
The trophies for the „Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2026“ will be presented during a special ceremony on May 21, 2026. You will also receive a printed certificate during the event.
All organizations not present will receive the trophy and diploma by post after the event.

Organizations are considered Best Workplaces™ in Switzerland 2026 excellent.
The award as one of the Best Workplaces™ distinguishes the best employers from the pool of all certified organizations. The Best Workplaces™ are among the best of the best. Both the results of the employee survey (Trust Index™) and the results of the *Culture Audit™ are taken into account.
The Trust Index™ employee survey reflects the workplace culture as perceived by employees.
The Culture Audit™ is the organizational perspective on workplace culture, describing organizational processes and measures that lead to an excellent workplace culture for all employees. The Culture Audit™ for participation in the Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2026 must only be submitted from an organization size of 100 employees onwards.
Great Place To Work addresses the question of whether an organization is a good employer by measuring the employee experience. An organization can have excellent HR practices on paper, but measuring the actual employee experience is critical.
The Great Place To Work philosophy is not just about satisfaction. Studies have shown that good employers are characterized by a high level of trust, pride and camaraderie within the organization.
Great Place To Work applies strict criteria. Our label cannot be bought.
Unlike the certification logo, the Best Workplaces™ logo has no expiry date. Accordingly, the logo may be used indefinitely with the corresponding year of the award.
As part of the world's largest employee satisfaction initiative, Great Place To Work Switzerland collaborated with 303 organizations and surveyed 51,038 Employees on the factors that make for a great workplace. The survey is based on a scientifically validated questionnaire containing 60 statements, which was completed by an average of 83 % employees per organization.
Based on the results of this anonymous survey, a total of 212 organizations were recognized as Great Place To Work®. Only the best of these certified organizations were awarded Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2026. The selection considers both comprehensive employee feedback and an in-depth analysis of the personnel processes and measures implemented[1]. A total of 75 organizations were recognized this year across five size categories.
