The skills shortage in Switzerland is a fact and is driven by the two trends of digitalization and demographic change. A recent study by Great Place To Work® shows that over 65% of the organizations surveyed are facing a talent shortage.

In order to be perceived as an attractive employer on the talent market, the value proposition serves to define the range of services and the expectations of an organization in terms of employee commitment. A value proposition that is based on the company's own workplace culture is characterized by three characteristics:

  • Credibility: The value proposition is lived by the employees
  • Differentiation: The value proposition is unique and differentiates an organization from its competitors
  • Future orientation: The value proposition supports the strategic direction and business model of an organization
