Culture that makes the difference
The energy in the room reflected the pride of both winners and attendees. Each organization on stage had earned its place through the voices of its employees, who responded to a 60-question scientific survey. The results are impressive: 87% percent of employees in the Best Workplaces™ say they work in a truly great workplace — compared to 67% across Swiss organizations overall. This 20-point difference shows the impact of strong workplace culture.
What distinguishes the winners
The Best Workplaces™ are not only built on trust, fairness, safety and inclusion - they also create experiences that make work meaningful.
Employees describe managers who exemplify the company values, recognize achievements and offer opportunities for further development. They value the freedom to be themselves, the support when taking on new role and even the pleasure of coming to work.
Inspiration for all
The award ceremony also provided valuable inspiration for the numerous guests at Salon RH: employees want to be part of a greater purpose, receive recognition for their contribution and be able to take on real responsibility. Transparent communication proves to be a decisive factor in building trust.
Leadership in the spotlight
Once again, it became clear that leadership is crucial. Managers who combine strategic vision with values, embrace ideas and look after the well-being of their teams not only strengthen trust - they also create space for innovation and long-term loyalty.
A shared moment of pride
The ceremony at Salon RH was much more than the announcement of winners. It was a moment of shared pride and a strong signal. Representatives of the awarded organizations took to the stage with visible pride, embodying the belief that workplace culture is not just a concept, but a daily practice that drives both people and performance.
