How the certification process works and why it is unique

To become certified, please use our Employee survey tool - the Trust Index™ survey. This allows you to record how your employees perceive their work experience in the organization.

How does the certification process work?

Survey

The first step is to interview your employees and fill out a short questionnaire about your employees and your corporate culture.

Results discussion

An experienced culture coach discusses the results of the employee survey with you, including internal and external benchmarks. This allows strengths and areas for action to be identified.

Certification

If 65% of your employees are satisfied with you as an employer, you will receive certification from us as a Great Place To Work. Then it's time to celebrate internally and communicate externally!
