The award ceremony was a truly successful evening that will be remembered – the atmosphere and encounters were inspiring and once again highlighted the value of this award for us. I particularly enjoyed the appreciation shown to each individual award-winning company. A small drawback was that not all categories were held together in the hall. As a result, the final and largest award ceremony could unfortunately only be experienced live by a few in the hall. Nevertheless, the joy of receiving the award as Best Workplace™ and the exchange with other companies remain.

The Great Place To Work® Certification is an internationally recognized award for employers with a particularly positive workplace culture. At its core is a evidence-based employee survey, which measures the extent to which trust, pride, and team spirit are evident in the organization.
The certification works on several levels:
In addition, you will receive an analysis of your workplace culture, providing a data-based foundation for targeted improvement measures.
While many employer branding labels are based on questionnaires or audits completed by the company itself, Great Place To Work focuses on the employee perspective. The certification is based on a standardized employee survey with 60 statements on experienced workplace culture. The awarding of certification therefore follows fixed, understandable rules.

To qualify for certification, at least 65% approval across all questions is required, along with a sufficiently high response rate.
The certification is suitable for organizations of any size and industry, from small SMEs to large companies with at least 10 employees.

The certification is the first step in the recognition process. Certification confirms that you belong to the circle of good employers with a trust-based workplace culture.
The List of Best Workplaces in Switzerland is a competitive ranking of the best employers. The number of spots in the 5 size categories is limited. The ranking is published annually in May as part of a large awards ceremony.

The Employee survey is available to employees for 2 weeks. The process from project start to certification typically takes 2-3 months. Great Place To Work will guide you through the entire process and handle the analysis and preparation of the results.
As a certified organization, you receive, among other things:
The certification can be used for 13 months without restriction and free of charge.
The costs depend on the size of the organization and the scope of services (e.g., survey, report, support). We would be happy to create a custom offer for you.
The results remain confidential. You will still receive a full analysis with concrete insights, and you can specifically work on your culture and participate again at a later date.
