We train our managers of tomorrow ourselves and can thus maintain in-house expertise in a crisis-proof industry. This management model speaks for itself, as we have already been able to retain 520 former apprentices since entering the market in 2005. It is a particular pleasure for us when we are able to take on apprentices after their training.
You can expect a practical apprenticeship with constant professional support. During your apprenticeship at ALDI SUISSE, you will experience a varied and exciting time and will be optimally prepared for your final exams. We also attach great importance to the exchange with your fellow apprentices.
