I am very glad that I chose Bank Julius Baer. It's not just the family atmosphere among the apprentices, but also the pleasant working environment that confirms this time and again. Thanks to the diverse insights into the bank, I am always learning something new. This allows me to constantly improve and expand my IT knowledge and apply it directly in my day-to-day work. Thanks to the various apprentice events, some of which are organized by us apprentices, the feeling of team spirit increases and brings variety to the daily work routine. I really appreciate the professional communication I have with the various bank employees on a daily basis and try to constantly build on this.
