We are a civil engineering firm with 12 employees (including the two members of management). The workforce consists of six men and six women whose working hours vary between 50 % and 100 %, with the percentages within this range varying greatly. There are four engineers, five draughtsmen, two trainees and one administrative assistant.

The office is designed as a large open space and our way of working is based on independence, as we assume that everyone knows their job and their tasks. Everyone plans and manages their tasks independently.

The management's door is almost always open, because communication between everyone is the key to our success.
