There are currently 50 men and women living at the Columban Foundation. They have come to us from 11 different cantons and enjoy a place to live and work here for life. Around 90 employees, spread over 70 full-time positions, look after, care for and employ the residents around the clock and provide a daily structure in the residential groups and in the
Activity studios. The care needs of many residents require a very high level of care. We also consciously care for people with challenging behavior who cannot find a place elsewhere.
