The company has around 30 qualified employees who are divided into 10 departments: Management, Sales, Purchasing, Methods, Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Human Resources and Accounting.
At the top is a director with 3 managers; a Methods manager with 9 employees, a sales manager with 3 external sales representatives and 3 internal sales representatives and finally a production manager with 10 employees.
Our communication channels allow us to move information up and down within the company. Within one year, we have increased our headcount by 50 %, with a maximum target of 45 employees by 2026.
