With our switch to the "guided self-organization" CSPstars at the beginning of 2021, we have positioned ourselves even better to be self-organized, team-oriented, agile, resilient and smart. With this reorganization, we are ensuring that the ideas, enthusiasm and skills of all of us flow even better into the CSP.

Managed self-organization enables us to adapt even faster to market and customer needs on the one hand and to create an exciting and collaborative environment for our employees on the other.
