CSP AG is characterized by a remarkably warm corporate culture and has enriched my professional life in an extraordinary way. What makes CSP particularly special for me is the collaboration with so many great professionals and the appreciative teamwork. Here, I can not only develop professionally and personally, but also actively help shape the organization. For me, this is a great change of pace from the diverse projects and clients, and it makes my work exciting every day. It's precisely this interplay of development, co-creation, and team spirit that makes CSP so special to me.

At CSP, it is important to us that our crew pulls together enthusiastically as a team. At the same time, however, the freedom of each individual to grow and develop is also important to us. With our switch to the "guided self-organization" CSPstars at the beginning of 2021, we have positioned ourselves even better to be self-organized, team-oriented, agile, resilient and smart. With this reorganization, we are ensuring that the ideas, enthusiasm and skills of all of us flow even better into the CSP.
