What I like most about DHL Express is the people. I feel like a valued employee and not just one of many. Working together is characterized by trust and respect. I find the international working environment particularly exciting. Nowhere else can you achieve so much in such a short space of time as with us. DHL Express actively promotes a good working atmosphere. Regular meetings, national and international events, such as the annual EU football and cheerleading tournament, the Employee of the Year Awards and much more. Every employee is offered further training opportunities. This means that every employee can actively shape their own development and is supported in doing so.
