On the way to the future - an apprenticeship at Empa

As a research institute for materials science and technology
Empa conducts cutting-edge research for the benefit of industry and
for the good of society. In addition to scientists
professionals from a wide range of professions,
that research operations run smoothly. From around 1000 Empa
employees, around a third have started their career with a
started their apprenticeship. To ensure that the next generation of skilled workers
Empa offers 10 different apprenticeship programs and
trains more than 40 apprentices every year at its Dübendorf sites,
St.Gallen and Thun.
