Once you muster the courage to walk through the snow, you will leave tracks. This image perfectly describes my daily life at Explosion Power. My ideas are heard – and often implemented. You are never alone out here in the cold snow. Beside you, you’ll always find more footprints walking in step with you. My first step led me to the technical development department. At the time, it was my bravest. Today, I lead the Process & Organization department. The beauty of Explosion Power is that you feel like part of something bigger; you’re not just a number in the system. You are challenged and, at the same time, supported.

From fitter to service technician - my journey at Explosion Power: I joined Explosion Power more than 6 years ago as a temporary fitter more by chance than by conviction. What began with incoming goods and quality inspection quickly developed into a multifaceted task with new structures, a hall relocation and the introduction of an ERP system. After two years, I was able to take over as team leader in production and actively help shape the transition to an industrial company. One formative moment was a customer training course in Japan, which rekindled my enthusiasm for international assignments, challenging conditions and direct customer contact. Today I work as a Service Engineer & Instructor, exactly where I can make the most of my strengths. I particularly appreciate the positive dynamic in the team, the mutual support and the trust of our superiors. This combination allows me to concentrate fully on challenging projects and assignments. I look forward to continuing to be part of the exciting development of Explosion Power.
