Everyone wants good care in old age. I feel that we all do our best. The tasks are carried out professionally, we constantly exchange ideas and the residents are grateful for our work.

Employees say this is a great place to work
We are a private, non-profit foundation. We were founded in 2001 by the founding communities of Bülach, Bachenbülach and Hochfelden as well as various organizations and private individuals from the Bülach region.
At our six locations in the Bülach region, older people find a comfortable, safe home with caring nursing and support. Each location has its own specific characteristics and meets the high quality standards of our foundation. Our greatest concern is that the residents of the region should be able to spend their twilight years close to their familiar surroundings. Our residents and Spitex clients are cared for by around 350
Employees.

Respect for our residents is a prerequisite for our work. We are guests of the people who are at home in the foundation.

Work-life balance thanks to a 38-hour week!
Our employees do outstanding work every day in an extremely demanding environment. To cope with this, they need enough time to recharge their personal batteries. Time that is often lacking. True to our vision "Employees - part of the foundation" we consciously contribute to the well-being and balance of our employees. We also actively strengthen the often difficult work-life balance.
To meet these needs, we provide our employees with more time for relaxation, family and leisure. The Stiftung Alterszentrum Region Bülach (SARB) is one of the first employers in the sector to introduce the 38-hour week one. From the beginning of January 2023, weekly working hours in all areas will be reduced by around 10% while wages remain the same.
