GILAI IT Management

As an organization, GILAI is a competence center for IT and IT management serving the disability insurance offices (IV offices) in nineteen Swiss cantons and Liechtenstein. We provide interoperable applications designed to work seamlessly with various systems and software relevant to disability insurance processing, facilitating efficient integration and communication between different platforms. The IV profession management application called Web@AI is our raison d'être, in addition to which we develop relevant services for our members such as business intelligence, electronic document management, various digital services and centralized workplace management. GILAI is recognized as an expert in information systems management, ICT security and complex project management for the first pillar in Switzerland.
