The Eiger Selfness Hotel (part of Heller Gastro AG) has been run by the Heller family for more than 55 years and is now in its 2nd generation. A world full of warm security, varied tasks and authentic hospitality awaits you at our 4* selfness and pleasure hotel in the heart of Grindelwald, the glacier village against the unique mountain backdrop of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. We are a DU zone for everyone in the hotel and treat our guests as equals. With 70 employees in 3 differently oriented businesses, we are very lively, open and diverse.

The Eiger Selfness Hotel is a lively, innovative, future-oriented and family-run hotel with a focus on the well-being of our guests and employees. With value-oriented management and regular talks and workshops in the teams and across departments, we promote an open culture of discussion that makes us unique, especially when dealing with our diverse guests. The wonderful natural surroundings and their opportunities to recharge are equally valuable for employees and guests. In our Selfness Center in the hotel, we offer space and opportunities to work on mind and body. Three times a year, we work on our personal development in workshops with an external coach.
