Intershop is a real estate company operating exclusively in Switzerland. Listed on the stock exchange since 1970, the company combines a stable portfolio of investment properties with the redevelopment of space and real estate. Intershop has the necessary experience and expertise along the entire real estate value chain to identify properties with earnings and value appreciation potential, develop them in line with the market and sell them at the right time. As at June 30, 2025, the value of the real estate portfolio, consisting of 45 investment and development properties, amounted to CHF 1.8 billion.
