The KPT Group is one of the ten largest health insurers in Switzerland. Our product range includes compulsory health insurance (OKP) in accordance with the Health Insurance Act (KVG) and supplementary insurance in accordance with the Insurance Contract Act (VVG). The premium volume amounts to over CHF 1.7 billion. We have been reliably insuring people since 1890 - today over 428,000 private individuals as well as large institutions and associations. We rely on over 500 employees in Berne and in our branch offices in all parts of the country. We are currently training twelve apprentices.
Our customer service has already won several awards. We look after our customers personally, but also offer them the option of handling all health insurance matters themselves online. KPT has always created innovative products and services that make customers' lives easier. In the KPT.Lab, our innovation laboratory, we work together with customers and partners to research new offers with real added value. The needs of our customers are at the forefront.

As a health insurance company with a plus, we also offer our apprentices a plus in terms of support and guidance. You can expect a varied working day with us with insights into a wide variety of areas. The fact that we have been able to keep on all our apprentices from recent years shows that we are a "Great Place to Start". Of course, we also have expectations of our apprentices: Curiosity, motivation and enjoyment of working for an innovative health insurer are the best prerequisites for successful vocational training at KPT.
