At CCYP, the focus is always on the learners. We want to kindle the fire for lifelong learning and encourage our young talents in their individual abilities - after all, they are the future. Learners are often greatly underestimated in terms of what they do and what they can do - not so with us. We trust our apprentices from day one and give them a great deal of freedom to realize their incredible potential. The "Great Place To Start" award is a confirmation of the daily work of the entire management and training team at CCYP. The award also underlines our concept of working in an interdisciplinary manner across different professional groups and seniority levels.
