Ricola, that is soothing pleasure and - a varied education. Because the next generation is very important to us. At our Ricola Lehrstedtli in Laufen, we train apprentices in six different professions, from commercial apprenticeships to food technologists and automation technicians.

During their training with us, apprentices are carefully supervised and involved in many decisions as part of the team. They are enabled to work more and more independently over time and get to know not only their department and their future job description, but also the Ricola company as a whole. And that is sometimes a small world in itself!

One of the special things about an apprenticeship at Ricola is the surprising variety: our apprentices have the opportunity to work in several departments and complete various internships. As a result, the apprenticeship is extremely varied and your own wealth of experience grows continuously. The lively exchange that takes place with each other, with practical trainers and other employees certainly contributes to this. We take our duty as a training company very seriously, hold regular feedback meetings with apprentices and review our training program. If something is not running optimally, it is adjusted immediately.
