Working hours
Annual working hours on a basis of 40 hours per week.
Vacation
1st year of apprenticeship, 7th week.
2nd - 3rd or 4th year of apprenticeship, 6th week.
Premiums
Every semester you have the chance to receive a bonus if you perform well and achieve a good grade.
Change of department
During your training with us, you will have the opportunity to work in different departments and areas and gain experience and in-depth knowledge.
Support
If you are struggling in a school subject or need industry-specific support, we are here for you. We have an internal support service that you can use during normal working hours.
Employment after training
It is very important to us that you continue to work for us after your apprenticeship. In the past, we have been able to offer many apprentices continued employment.
