Especially as an internal service provider, it is very motivating to be able to enjoy our own products in our everyday office life. When it comes to the use of modern digital technologies, I find my colleagues fearless and willing to try out new ideas or tools. A central feature of our DNA is the pragmatism of implementation. We strive with all our might to implement an idea in the best possible way, but an idea can also die again without anyone having to be to blame. In my day-to-day work, I experience true professionals in all areas of the organization. This is due in particular to the ability of the owner and the entire management team to allow their employees to make an impact, while at the same time showing genuine trust and promoting cooperation on an equal footing.
