With around 350 employees, Spitex Stadt Luzern is the largest provider of outpatient care services in the canton of Lucerne and works around the clock. We no longer have rigid hierarchies - since 2019, our teams have increasingly been organized without a team leader. They are based on shared responsibility and personal initiative, allowing all employees to contribute their strengths and help shape their day-to-day work.
We value modern employment conditions and an open and constructive working atmosphere. Training the next generation of professionals is very important to us. Our apprentices and students benefit from first-class training from competent specialists, committed vocational trainers and training managers who are always on hand to offer advice and support.

What motivates me about the job? We work very independently at Spitex, it's care based on trust and we are very close to the clients and build up a relationship with them - I think that's worth a lot in life.

Our employees appreciate the friendly working culture that is tangible in our company. As a modern company, innovation and further training are also very important to us.
