Why work for Swiss Mountain Aid

Over 80 years old and yet dynamic - that is Schweizer Berghilfe. With the help of donations, we support innovative and future-oriented projects in the mountains. In this way, we counteract emigration and help to ensure that mountain regions remain vibrant. There are also people in the mountains who need jobs and further training. We ensure that precisely these jobs are maintained or created. For example, by financially supporting projects for the expansion of nature-based tourism, the further development of trade and mountain farming with A-funds-perdu contributions. Applications of all kinds are submitted to us and are carefully examined by our volunteer experts and project managers.

We offer our employees interesting positions in a strong team, careful induction, plenty of creative freedom, very good infrastructure, flat hierarchies, an open working atmosphere and good employment conditions (home office possible). The place of work is Adliswil (15 minutes by S4 from Zurich-HB).
