We are writing this text almost two weeks after the Federal Council ordered the closure of many stores due to the coronavirus crisis. In situations like this, it becomes clear whether a great place to work really is "great". In other words, whether you have a team that can stand together and pull the cart together with our customers. And whether the leadership team really consists of leaders. This applies to our 100% team. I consider myself honored to be able to lead such a team. The biggest focus at all times has to be the team, from the interview process to constant feedback.
