Share your rank or a picture from the Great Place To Work Award Ceremony on your social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok - so that all employees can easily share your success with their network.
Increase engagement by adding your Best Workplaces™ award with #bestworkplaces2025 on all your social channels. Don't forget to tag Great Place To Work Switzerland in your posts so we can like and comment on your content!
Put your logo front and center, along with pictures of your employees and the things that make your workplace a great experience, and invite your staff to share their experiences.
Prepare a media release in which you briefly describe how you achieved the rank in the national competition - perhaps with a quote from the CEO or CHRO. You can then publish this, including the logo, after the award ceremony.

Of course, you can also position yourself with paid text articles, interviews or classic advertisements in (online) newspapers to increase your reach as one of the Best Workplaces™ in Switzerland.
At the beginning of July, for example, the "Best Workplaces" special is published throughout Switzerland in partnership with the SonntagsZeitung. This takes up current developments and comments on events and trends. As one of this year's Best Workplaces™, you benefit from attractive special conditions.
Share your organization's great news and celebrate this success together. Here are some ways organizations can share the excitement:
Send a short selfie video of the CEO announcing the news
Compose a simple, heartfelt email from your leadership team
Share the news in person at the next company event (e.g. Townhall)
Organize a very special party to thank them for their feedback
Treat your employees to a sweet or savory surprise, at home or in the office, and toast the great workplace you have created together.
The following blocking period applies to the publication/communication of your award (Embargo): 15.05.2025 - 23:00 h
You can therefore communicate the award together with the ranking directly after the award ceremony (via social media, press release, etc.)
Until then, you can of course continue to actively communicate your "Certified" certification.
The logo package and other assets for communication will be sent to you by e-mail. You can download these directly and use them to communicate your success.
The trophies for the "Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2025" on 15.05.2025 will be presented in a festive moment during the Award Ceremony. You will also receive the diploma in printed form during the event.
All organizations not present will receive the trophy and diploma by post after the event.
This year, we worked with 280 organizations. A total of 225 organizations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein were certified as Great Place To Work, 75 of which will be recognized as Best Workplaces™ in Switzerland 2025.
The award as one of the Best Workplaces™ distinguishes the best employers from the pool of all certified organizations. The Best Workplaces™ are among the best of the best. Both the results of the employee survey (Trust Index™) and the results of the *Culture Audit™ are taken into account.
The Trust Index™ employee survey reflects the workplace culture as perceived by employees.
*The Culture Audit™ is the organizational perspective on workplace culture, whereby processes and measures of the organization are described that lead to an excellent workplace culture for all employees. The Culture Audit™ for participation in Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2025 only needs to be submitted for organizations with 100 or more employees.
Great Place To Work addresses the question of whether an organization is a good employer by measuring the employee experience. An organization can have excellent HR practices on paper, but measuring the actual employee experience is critical.
The Great Place To Work philosophy is not just about satisfaction. Studies have shown that good employers are characterized by a high level of trust, pride and camaraderie within the organization.
Great Place To Work applies strict criteria. Our label cannot be bought.
Unlike the certification logo, the Best Workplaces™ logo has no expiry date. Accordingly, the logo may be used indefinitely with the corresponding year of the award.
