On May 21, 2026, we will celebrate at JED Schlieren those organizations that have proven that an excellent workplace culture is no coincidence.

Under the theme “High Score!”, we take a trip back to the era of arcades, Pac-Man and pinball machines. An evening that celebrates the long journey to the next level, and honors those organizations setting new benchmarks with their workplace culture.
Together, we celebrate Switzerland’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 and showcase what’s possible when trust, fairness and collaboration shape everyday work.

At the Award Ceremony, organizations will be recognized in the categories Micro (10–19 employees), Very Small (20–49 employees), Small (50–99 employees), Medium (100–249 employees), and Large (250+ employees).
This year, under the theme “High Score”, we’ll surprise participants with an unforgettable experience: a seated dinner, exciting acts and artists, great food, networking, bar and party zones and plenty of opportunities to reach the high score.

The Best Workplaces™ Switzerland Award Ceremony is a pure presence event, there will be no recording for streaming. We look forward to celebrating with you live on site again!
Photos and videos will be taken on site for a video compilation. These will then be made available to all participants.
Tickets for the event can be booked from Monday, 30.03.2026 (08:00 CET) to Friday, 24.04.2026 (12:00 CET).
All winning organizations will receive an invitation email with details in due course.
Please note: There is no ticket limit per organization. Ticketing is on a first come, first served basis and tickets cannot be pre-reserved.
We recommend that you come to the Best Workplaces™ award ceremony in a suitably festive outfit. Evening wear is preferred, black tie is not expected. So you are well prepared for your stage moment!
The announcement of the individual ranks will take place throughout the evening, so we cannot give an exact time within the event.
The after-party starts at around 22:30. You should know your rank by then.
The trophies for the Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2026 will be presented during the Award Ceremony in a celebratory moment on May 21, 2026. You will also receive your printed diploma during the event.
All organizations not present will receive the trophy and diploma by post after the event.
