In the GPTW Lab @ HWZ, we want to break new ground in understanding and shaping organizational cultures. We offer a platform for people and companies to approach and exchange ideas on the topic of collaboration in organizations from different perspectives.
In our understanding, the development of culture contributes to the value creation of organizations on the one hand. On the other hand, it should also serve the identification, self-efficacy and well-being of people in the work context.
The GPTW Lab @ HWZ is a cooperation between Great Place To Work Switzerland and the HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich. Through this collaboration, we want to offer a platform that facilitates the transfer of scientific findings into practice. And conversely, to give companies the opportunity to have current issues and challenges examined using scientific methods, to develop proposed solutions and to derive concrete measures.

The CAS Business Culture Design in cooperation with the HWZ teaches the basics of a value-creation-oriented workplace culture and deepens this knowledge through innovative methods, exciting case studies and a high degree of practical orientation.
Our leadership training is aimed at managers who want to establish or strengthen a value-creation-oriented workplace culture in their organizations.
The offer is aimed at individual managers, but can also be implemented for entire organizations.
Our interactive events provide new perspectives on workplace culture and collaboration in organizations. We aim to continuously grow our GPTW Lab @ HWZ community to foster exchange and collaboration between individuals and organizations.
We work with organizations and individuals to shape workplace culture. This is done through consulting and research cooperation (e.g. Innosuisse innovation check).
