Great Place To Work® has analyzed over 1.2 million employee surveys to identify those organizations where trust and positive work experiences are particularly strong. The results form the basis for this year's list of the Fortune 100 Best Organizations to Work For™ Europe 2025 - published for the second time in collaboration with Fortune Europe.
Trust as the foundation of strong workplace cultures
For the selection, Europe-wide 1.5 million employees about their experiences in the workplace - from trust in leadership and practiced fairness to team spirit and pride.
Of which 1.2 million responses from organizations that met the criteria for the list.
To be considered, organizations must
- Great Place To Work Certified™ be,
- At least 500 employees employ
- and 2024 or early 2025 on a national Best Workplaces™ list have been represented in one of the participating countries - including Switzerland.
