These criteria are taken into account
In order to qualify as a teaching company for the "Special Award for the Promotion of Young Talent", firstly the variety of offers and measures in the area of the promotion of young talent are scrutinized. Secondly, the originality and uniqueness of the programs in question are examined. Thirdly, the inclusion of current apprentices in the activities relating to the promotion of young talent is taken into account. And fourthly, we look at the "human touch": In other words, the extent to which the personal is incorporated into the measures. In order to evaluate these measures, the training concepts of the training companies that they complete as part of the Great Start! training company certification are analyzed.
"This award is a confirmation and appreciation for all colleagues who accompany the more than 2,000 apprentices in the world of transport through their apprenticeship with passion and dedication."
The joy at login Berufsbildung AG is immense: "We are delighted to receive the special award and are very proud," says Michael Schweizer, CEO of login Berufsbildung AG. Nadine Fügi, Head of Training at login, adds: "It is important to us that apprentices not only receive vocational training, but also acquire important skills in their personal development, such as dealing with change or topics such as personal responsibility and health. We see the special prize as confirmation that we are on the right track with our concept.

Great place to work: What does login do particularly well when it comes to promoting young talent?
Reinhold Dänzerlogin is the gateway for interested school leavers to the diverse world of basic vocational training in public transport. With great commitment, login makes a significant contribution to overcoming the shortage of skilled workers and securing the next generation of employees in the public transport sector. Training at login is carried out in close coordination with the managers of the companies providing the training, which makes the apprenticeships very attractive thanks to the various forms of deployment and supervision. The individual resources, needs and interests of the apprentices are also taken into account. Through the possibility of rotations or stages, login, together with the companies, provides learners with an insight into a broader working environment than the individual occupational field itself. This opens up a variety of opportunities and perspectives for apprentices to develop and further their education after their apprenticeship.

Great place to work: What characterizes login's training?
Nadine Fügi: The great advantage of login is the concentrated load of professionalism, competence and experience of the login training association with its more than 50 partners in public transport. Apprentices are given the opportunity to network across different professions, can get to know different departments and companies and have the opportunity to complete a language exchange in the customer-oriented professions. Another central concern of login is that apprentices not only receive job-related training, but also acquire important skills in their personal development, such as dealing with change or topics such as personal responsibility and health. It is this overall package of professional and personal training that makes login's training so special and sets it apart.

Great Place To Work: What do you particularly like about your apprenticeship at login?
Julian Bögli, apprentice polymechanic EFZ, 4th year of apprenticeship: I really enjoy working in the world of public transport and the various assignments and tasks that I carry out. This diversity and independence make my training particularly valuable and exciting. I'm also very motivated by the responsibility I've already been given and the further prospects that will open up when I complete my apprenticeship.
