Trust Game: Developing workplace culture through play

Value development, team building and leadership through gamification: The Trust Game can be used to develop a trust-based workplace culture in small groups of 5-7 people through play. Based on the 5 dimensions of the Trust Index™ (pride, credibility, respect, team spirit, fairness), there are 5 stacks from which a card must be drawn according to the number of dice rolled. Challenger cards are also hidden in each pile of a dimension, which take you from thinking to doing.
