As part of the world's largest employee satisfaction initiative, Great Place To Work Switzerland worked with 280 organizations and surveyed 64,578 employees on the aspects that make a great workplace. This was based on a scientifically validated questionnaire with 60 statements, which was completed by an average of 83 % employees per organization.
Based on the results of this anonymous survey, a total of 225 organizations were certified as Great Place To Work®. Only the best of these certified organizations were named Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2025. The selection takes into account both comprehensive employee feedback and an in-depth analysis of the HR processes and measures in place[1]. A total of 75 organizations in five size categories received awards this year.
