Great Place To Work® identifies the World's Best Workplaces™ by surveying 6.2 million employees globally on the key factors that create great workplaces for all and analyzing the workplace programs of companies impacting 18 million employees worldwide.
The organizations are judged on their efforts to create great workplaces and have a positive impact on people and communities in multiple countries around the world. The World's Best Workplaces have demonstrated their success in creating great workplaces and impacting their employees through rankings on national lists around the world.
To be considered, organizations must be identified as outstanding global employers by appearing on at least five Best Workplaces™ lists in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, North America or Australia in 2022 or early 2023. Companies must have at least 5,000 employees worldwide, of which at least 40 % (or 5,000) are employed outside the country of headquarters.
