At the same time, it is clear to many organizations that more transparency will not happen overnight. It must be actively shaped and well prepared. Greater transparency is not based on isolated measures, but on structural maturity and salary hygiene. Organizations that have already embarked on this path report positive experiences. Research also shows that transparency pays off in terms of greater trust, better cooperation and increased employer attractiveness.
