Looking for apprentices? Great Start! certification for training companies

The shortage of skilled workers affects all sectors and regions. Companies are on the lookout for committed employees. Training companies are also affected.

How nice it is to make the decision to stand out as a training company and provide your apprentices with a special workplace. In short: to give apprentices a "great start".

How does that work? The answer is so simple and yet so essential: through trust! Young people look for training companies where they can make full use of their skills and abilities and where they are valued and respected. Then they enjoy what they do and are proud of it. The training companies certified by Great Place To Work® have already achieved this. This year, 12 organizations were delighted to receive the "Excellent Training Companies in Switzerland" certificate.

The study results of the award-winning organizations in the 2017-2018 period once again underline the outstanding training companies:

• 82% of the learners surveyed are satisfied with the way in which the company contributes to society.
  
• 80% of the learners surveyed agree that the vocational trainers do their work competently.
  
• 79% of learners surveyed agree that mental and emotional health is ensured in their workplace.
  
• 76% of the trainees surveyed say that this is a very good training place.
