Because culture shapes how people feel in the workplace, and that feeling affects everything: motivation, trust, innovation and even Monday mornings. I have fallen in love with the art of bookbinding. I arrange the words on the page, fold and staple the paper, glue the spine and design the cover.
Which is your favorite animal?
Dog (especially my own, Alva, the office dog)
How do you prefer to spend your weekends?
Morning walks with Alva, preferably with a good matcha. Then I either head out into nature or immerse myself in a fantasy novel. If I then have a cozy brunch or an evening of board games, I'm in my happy place.
