Why is workplace culture important and what makes you an expert in this field?
At the beginning of my career, I was lucky to have great leaders around me who really inspired me with their business skills, but above all with their people skills. A lot of what we talk about today I learned from my direct manager, a person who stood out by genuinely caring, being authentic and trusting me 100%. Over the years, I have learned that this is not only my personal recipe for an environment in which I feel comfortable, but also for many employees. My background in sports science and coaching, combined with work experience in strategic HR areas such as corporate health in companies and startups, allows me to understand the challenges and needs of organizations and support them on the exciting journey of workplace culture.
