Workplace culture determines how people experience their work, how responsibility is assumed and how effective organizations are in the long term. It often has a greater impact on collaboration, leadership and performance than formal structures or processes. My expert perspective is the result of many years of practical experience: I know culture both from an internal HR and management perspective and from the intensive collaboration with our clients, who have dealt intensively with their own culture over the years. This dual perspective allows me to quickly recognize and classify cultural patterns and to think ahead realistically.
