Why is workplace culture important and what makes you an expert in this field?
During my four years of experience in the HR department of a large IT company, I recognized early on the positive impact and potential that investing in a strong workplace culture can have. Engaged and satisfied employees are indeed the cornerstone of any organization's success. When employees are motivated, they are more likely to reach their full potential and make an important contribution to overall performance.
