Samara Buck

At various stages of my life, starting with simple student jobs, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of sectors, from industry to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court and everything in between. The one constant has been the culture. Regardless of the role or environment, the way people interacted, led and collaborated made all the difference. It shaped how teams performed, how individuals felt and how the organization functioned as a whole. These experiences sparked my interest early on and continue to drive me today. Together with my academic background in (international) management, they have shown me that strong, people-centered cultures are essential for any workplace to be sustainable, effective and human.
