"Culture is not just a feeling - it's data. By measuring what is important, we are not just analyzing workplaces, we are helping to shape them."

Why is workplace culture important and what makes you an expert in this field?

Workplace culture plays a fundamental role in how people feel at work, how they work and how they develop. A healthy culture helps prevent burnout, promotes mental wellbeing and creates an environment where individuals can truly develop, collaborate and balance their work and personal lives. When trust is lacking, people feel unheard and disconnected, which affects not only their work but also their overall wellbeing. On the other hand, a strong corporate culture motivates people to achieve more and encourages genuine commitment. At Great Place to Work, I work as a Data Consultant and focus on culture analysis. I process and analyze data from employee surveys to gain meaningful insights and help companies understand where they stand and how they can improve. My goal is to prepare the data so that companies can create inclusive, supportive and motivating workplaces. What drives me most is knowing that behind every data set are real people. If my work contributes, even in a small way, to creating better working environments and making people's everyday lives more positive, then it's absolutely worth it.

What makes Great Place To Work®
a Great Place To Work?

What makes Great Place To Work a great place to work is the genuine flexibility and trust I experience in my day-to-day work. I appreciate the freedom to arrange my schedule to suit my personal needs - whether that's attending a doctor's appointment or simply working when I'm most productive. I've come a long way since I started here - what felt overwhelming at first has turned into confidence in my role and a strong sense of purpose. The team is friendly, approachable and helpful. It means a lot when colleagues just ask how you're doing and offer help when needed, even if you're not asked for it.
