Because workplace culture is everything and everywhere! No culture is also culture! It's why we choose an employer, why we smile or don't smile on the way to work, how we communicate and make decisions internally, who we involve in those decisions and how we treat our managers, colleagues and customers. With a background in Applied Psychology and further training in New Work, I see it as my job to put people at the center. Their needs, aspirations and strengths. From the open-plan office of a health insurance company to an agile IT consultancy, my journey through different working environments has shown me one thing: Workplace culture is not a 'nice-to-have'. It is crucial for innovation, collaboration and wellbeing.
