Why is workplace culture important and what makes you an expert in this field?

What makes Great Place To Work®
a Great Place To Work?

Self-organization and a high level of personal responsibility: we have no superiors, nobody tells me what I have to do. It feels like being self-employed, simply with a fixed monthly salary. Priceless for me and my personality, I can no longer imagine working in a hierarchical organization. I can participate (financially) in the organization: I can buy shares in the organization and thus also show my long-term commitment. By selling me shares, the organization sends me the signal that it trusts me and that I have an impact as an individual. I can't put a price on it with any money in the world: Eir have no guidelines of where and when to work. This freedom allows everyone in the organization to balance their private life with their work. The team: Everyone in the team is an expert in their field. We work together as equals but always with fun and a lot of mutual support.

What did you want to be when you were a child?

Big - and I still haven't managed to do that.

How would your friends describe you?

Reliable, very honest - you always know where you stand, independently,

What's a fun fact about you?

When it's below 20 degrees I always have a cold nose and cold noses are like cold feet, you can't fall asleep with them.

Which is your favorite animal?

Cat

How do you prefer to spend your weekends?

A mixture of activity and relaxation. I prefer to be outdoors. My passion is beach volleyball, but I also enjoy hiking in the mountains or playing tennis. Afterwards, I like to cook something delicious and enjoy the evening on our terrace.
