The award ceremony was a truly successful evening that will be remembered – the atmosphere and encounters were inspiring and once again highlighted the value of this award for us. I particularly enjoyed the appreciation shown to each individual award-winning company. A small drawback was that not all categories were held together in the hall. As a result, the final and largest award ceremony could unfortunately only be experienced live by a few in the hall. Nevertheless, the joy of receiving the award as Best Workplace™ and the exchange with other companies remain.

Employer branding is not a project. It is more of a process. Great Place To Work actively helps us to live and shape this process. The certifications and awards also help us to communicate the results of this work (for example, in recruiting) externally.
